You should make it a rule of thumb to use on in each paragraph except the rebuttal. I would not cite a source for the rebuttal paragraph unless it is to prove your point.
When you are using citations, remember that the purpose is to give more credit to what you say. You wouldn’t listen to just anyone about your financial advice, so you should get an expert to back up your statements which is what citing sources does for your paper.
